Brian Lynch wrote and drew a free-form comic strip called
ANGRY YOUNG NAKED PAT in college. After dropping out of school to help
his friend (that he likes, but not like-likes, you know, more than a friend)
Vincent Pereira make his film A BETTER PLACE. Lynch then went on to work
craft service (read : buying the candy and bottled water for the people
ACTUALLY participating in making the film) on Kevin Smith's CHASING AMY.
After that, Smith produced BIG HELIUM DOG, a sketch comedy film that
Lynch wrote and directed. Lynch then got a gig rewriting FAG HAG for Fox
Searchlight, and then sold a spec script called THE NEXT MUPPET MOVIE
to Jim Henson Productions. COYOTE VS. ACME for Warner Brothers followed,
and then EVERYBODY'S DEAD, a zombie college comedy, for Artisan.
You will never see any of these. Ever. Never ever ever.
Companies are like, begging Lynch to give them to the world, but, uh,
he's like, I don't know, too cool to or something. So move on, Lynch has.
Lynch dropped his style of "Film Nah" and sold a script to
Warner Brothers called NIGHTCRAWLERS, that, despite his best efforts,
looks like it will actually be made. Lynch also recently sold MILLER MINOGUE
to Bob Cooper's Landscape Films, but is looking to ruin his impending
success with the re-introduction of ANGRY NAKED no longer YOUNG because
it's been 5 years PAT. Lynch currently lives in Eatontown, New Jersey
and is fantastically well endowed.
