Portal Tellings from Awesome!land is a pretentious video art project about a basketball playing Teen Lycan who has Evil Dead’s Ash trapped in his head somehow. When the cast of Cocoon 2: The Return beats him in a game of hoops it sets him on a path of evil, much to his chagrin! Good thing Monster Squad is on the case with the help of H.I. from Raising Arizona they fight against Teen Lycan and his master Alucard. Teen Lycan seduces his fellow classmates at prom into Alucard’s army by doing the Wolf Dance. The Wolf Dance is also a powerful summon for other foes such as Randall “Tex” Cobb and The Creature from the Black Lagoon. Sounds dangerous, yes? It gets worse, a scary amulet that opens portals is involved, I think. I haven't actually watched the whole thing cause it is damn LONG. Nevertheless, watching this thing should bring to mind these questions: If Teen Lycan is killed by a teenage greaseball will it set Ash free from his Teen Lycan head prison? And if he is released will he just be sucked into another portal cause he has awful portal luck? Also, if Monster Squad can manage to pull off their plan, will Sean Crenshaw shit?
